i get these all the time, that shit is EZ mode
just take a quarterglass of lukewarm water, throw in lots of salt, wait a few seconds, then use finger to scrap out salt that wont dissolve and put it on that sore. wait 30 seconds, swish with saltwater. repeat once more. wait a minute and swish a bit with clean water to get the rest of the salt out of your mouth.
if not gone by the next day, repeat one more time. usually kills them
