Well, not sure if I actually believe it real or not, good story. It's said that infrasound could cause haunting experiences in humans. It's sound below 20 Hz, so most people can't hear it. But it can cause feelings of dread, if it's at 18 Hz it can mess with your eye and create illusions in the eye itself. There can be anything in a house that can create low-frequency sound, hell since it happens on a schedule, could be something mechanical that goes unnoticed in the day since because of other noise. Sleep paralysis could also explain some of it, and go hand in hand with infrasound. But the objects moving so much, the doors opening and closing, and the light from a specific area seems more then what infrasound would do.

This might be just a wonderfully executed ghost real time ghost story. We should call it the Saga of Raggedy Anne's Bitch. But if it's not made up I think what may have happened.

If it was infrasound fucking with his head, he may have just went into sensory overload and passed out. Waking up late for work, and didn't have time to tell anyone what happened or try to fix his twitter. Or maybe if it was a ghost, it might have scared or pushed him down the stair and the fall knocked him out (or killed him).

Personally I don't think infrasound would do what he's said is happening. Infrasound vibrations could shake a object to the point it moves, like shaking something off a shelf. Maybe cause a door to move if it's loud enough. But turning something like a rag doll around and stuff is beyond what sound vibration can do.
So either OP is going a long way to give us a good ghost story. Or grandaunt's doll raped him dead.
