Im quitting smoking cigarettes and switching to vaping. You /b/ros got any tips? I smoke about a pack a day (15 on a good day) so what nicotine level should i begin with? How long should i use that nic level before i lower it? I want to avoid being addicted to either one.

Depends what you're going for. A small vape pen (or e-cig) won't produce much vapor and usually has a tank, doesn't allow for much smoke and flavor, but you can start at around 24nic. If you grab a mod (the boxes or big ecigs that you see people produce a ton of vapor with) then you probably want to go with a lower nic, I wouldn't recommend above 12nic.
