So there's a huge flaw in YouTube right now where if a small channel gets mass-flagged (all of his videos are reported with the same reason), then they get banned without YouTube actually looking into it.
So it doesn't matter if the channel is doing something against the rules or not. If we massflag them, their account will get terminated (though this only works on small channels with LESS than 10k subs).
