Hey /asp/
So I was on a wrestling match last Saturday and it was a blast! however, I end up landing right on my head. I manage to get my arm to protect the fall and I don't remember any pain afterwards. I ran monday and lifted weights/went for a swim Tuesday and now my neck hurts really bad. The same goes for my entire back. My neck did feel sore sunday but I just thought that was normal. I'm going to see a doctor this Friday, but just wanted to ask your opinion about what it could be and what I should do.

Thanks man, I was just wondering if i should keep on working out or not. so far I'm just going for a run today and then rest till Friday where I will meet my doctor
