It looks like that was only about 20ft.
That van was maybe 7ft tall.
20 - 7 = 13
That'd be about 13ft, which could be landed with minimal damage with some slap out technique, maybe a hybrid slide-slap-out technique.
Maybe further dispersal of energy could be had with the use of kneepads and technique that causes one to fall on the knees.
Perhaps some foam padding on abdomen could be used along with some technique for ease of landing.
