Hey guys, can anyone recommend any cool indie wrestling companies preferably strong style and/or more adult oriented companies, especially UK based.

The main one I know (mainly because I am training with them) is PROGRESS Wrestling. I also enjoy IPW:UK, ICW, PWG, PCW, and Noah.

Southside have some excellent wrestling but shite crowds. ICW and PROGRESS have ruined me for most other companies.
Fight Club: Pro is well worth a night out if you find yourself in the midlands. Stiff as fuck style and the crowd is always pissed up and lively.

Who's the trainer at the Projo these days? Last I heard it was the Riots and Eddie Dennis.
