Fatass here. 5'6" 255. I'm tired of being this way. This isn't about starting BJJ to lose weight I'm wondering when I should go into trying to learn BJJ like how much weight should I lose before signing up for classes? Thanks. Also definitely open to any other styles of self defense. I'm short and stocky just for reference.
