Wrong way round, it was actually Dustin's idea. He asked Vince for $1 million dollars to get it done and Vince thought about it before finally saying no.

Jesus. That's even weirder
He is only 2nd next to Vince's greatest creation the Undertaker. This man puts on amazing matchs. The summerslam 4 way elimination tag from 2013 or 14 (can't remember) he was in the ring for a solid 15 to 20 minutes. He's a phenomenal talent, cuts amazing promos and I hope he doesn't outright retire and instead trains the new talent.
