there is nothing to it really,put your backfoot on the tail and front foot about 3/5 of the board.push the tail gently downwards spread your arms for balance and keep at it..go with speed you are comfortable with.i started learning manuals this year(28 years old)and went from nothing to 25m within a summer.last year was my first year on a skateboard before that i could go(4 wheels on the ground) like 10m tops.also i dont practice much. 2 hours a week at most and summer only.
