Is the WWE really mistreating young talent and over using performers like Big Show, Kane or the Undertaker? Is their a plan after they all retire for good?

I'm really not sure what to say about this and I've never really discussed it with other workers so haven't had their opinions on it. The way I see it, HHH and Vince seem to have differing opinions and courses of action a lot hence hiring young talent but not always using them and fulfilling their potential. Just think of Sammy Callihan, on fire and brought in but has just recently been released - same with Kassius Ohno. But when you look at Cesaro, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens, etc. they're doing great.

Followed him since just before he won the ROH title, used to be a fairly huge mark for him actually. He's doing his thing pretty damn well for sure.

Oh, another point on young talent. You can't always (though there are exceptions) just bring in an indie star and put him over everyone and give him titles and shit straight away because you will always have a huge amount of kids and casual fans who will not know the first thing about the guy and will not understand if he goes over someone who has been in WWE for a long time.
A casual fan or a marky kid is gonna think NXT dudes are new to wrestling because WWE is the only wrestling company that exists, so it won't make sense for them to go over some other worker who has been there for about 2-3 years or who is on the main roster.

This one wrestler, we'll call him Shaun, was passed out one time after everyone was on a night out and a big US star who worked a show here put Shaun's thumb up his ass (the US star's ass) and put it in Shaun's mouth. On a separate occasion, another wrestler shaved a tiny amount of hair off of Shaun's fringe but he's more mad about that.
