I have been lifting harder, training harder, and trying to relax more.

It's a bronze, lost junior matches to kesa gatame, then in senior I was raping everyone until like the last minute, I ippond my first guy with an Ogoshi, then the next two I had the board lit up on them(a wazari, 2 yukos both), til they caught me with an ippon seoinage and a counter to my uchimata.
I think the seoi cracked a rib, because i havent been able to function through the pain.
