So I just recently purchased a penny board and was looking for areas where I could practice without looking like an idiot, and I found a place that might be a good spot but idk if it's legal to skate there. It's an abandoned bank that hasn't had anyone in there in about three years and has a pretty good parking lot but it has a lot of signs that say no roller blading or skateboarding. Are those signs still up to date or are they expired?
Here's more pictures of the area

Does it really matter if they are expired or not?
It looks like no one watching over it, and it not like you will get arrested if you skated there. Cops do not give a fuck unless you are breaking windows and other shit more worthy of a real crime. Even if there are security and landowners about, they will tell you to fuck off before doing anything. In which case that's when you go find a new spot.
Plus, you wont be scratching any ledges with that board haha. So no worries mate and go skate.

Penny boards are a lot quieter than a normal skateboard, you would be bothering anyone.
Do a boneless for Satan.
