The core value of Cena's match being that he resorted to every tactic under the sun in a No-DQ, and still barely squeaked out a victory.
Roman's being that he didn't, fought one-on-one in a standardized setting, and went much-more toe-to-toe with Brock. Having him on the ropes just before the cash-in.

I think Roman's last 3 in ring performances at PPV's have been great. I just think the WWE needs to push him as a heel.
