It's a problem on every board, but particularly this one because the people here can't bring themselves to ignore them. It's super fucking easy, if you see a trip post you ignore them and eventually they'll either take it off or leave.
Basically just stop replying to them, don't try to run them out because the attention and reactions are exactley what they're looking for.
