Does Steph think it's OK for her husband to have his side boyfriends in the company with him now that they're walking around with their relationship public? She's OK with Shawn Michaels, but that's because he's retired now and so she won't walk into the bathroom on her dad's private plane to see degenerate sex and then have to hear her dad mocking her for being such a bad wife that her husband needs to get his rocks off with men. Batista coming back might mean Steph has to deal with Hunter's evolving sense of his own sexuality, and she probably doesn't want that when they have kids back home, because then she has to explain what "sodomy" is to a bunch of kids.
