This is bullshit. I'm a pro golfer on mini tours and junk. Over the winter, all I do is eat as much as possible and lift, golfing when the weather permits. I weighed 237 lbs in February.
Now that I'm on the road and golfing all the goddamn time, I'm 220 and still losing weight, in spite of shit like getting a half gallon of whole milk at a Wal Mart to chug in the hotel room. Traveling sucks, and it SHOULD cause weight loss.
