I remember nitro being dog shit. I started watching old matches and it is light years beyond what I remember. The wrestlers look like men. They sell their asses off. Storylines made sense. Most matches look like fights and not just spot fests

which old matches did you watch? Nitro had a lot of good shit, it's why it managed to mount serious competition against the WWF along with the nWo being groundbreaking, but towards the end the good shit had mostly gone away and the bad shit ran rampant.
Nitro was never dogshit. Not even in 2000.

I picked up the best of nitro for like 3 bucks at wal mart. I watched volume 1 and 2 and then started watching random shows on the network. Sure it is dated but not anymore so than attitude era stuff. A lot better than I remember and better than most stuff these days
