i agree, but dean is getting a huge push currently, so they want him to win everything he touches at all times. he's a good wrestler (7/10 in-ring, 9/10 promo) and if he gets the championship he'll elevate the belt more than roman due to how vulnerable and unpredictable he is as a character.
