According to Tyson about 5% of people survive this kind of injury, and those who do end up quadriplegic, he's actually managing to recover movement, but it's VERY unlikely he'll ever step foot in a ring again.

He's definitely done. WWE will never let him get back into the ring with how severe the injury was. He's astronomically lucky to not be dead or paralysed. I doubt anyone wants to push that luck.
Plus he's 36 next month. It's just not worth it. His best years are gone.
