Of current talents, Seth's a decent choice, because he's clearly good in-ring and on-mic. Not especially so on the mic, and he can become boring very quickly, but you at least have to acknowledge he gets the job done even if he's served shit time-slots, which is what makes him boring.
But, even that I can see being contentious, because of the boringness.
I'd say Cena and Bray are the outright best choices. I can't really see anyone seriously disputing that they're good at what they do.

I don’t even think that’s a word. After he scanned each Gas-X box and put them in a bag and started to say the price, she kept interrupting him by farting really loudly.
