I emailed chinese mot and even messaged him over Facebook - we used to talk regularly, but ever since he came into 4chan, hes completely ignored me.
I made reports and even a suggestion for a sticky on the feedback page. Ignored.
We tried to rally together the boards earlier on and raise awareness of the issue and the only thing that happened was escalating the autism. Most of us left after that.
