Plenty of dead lifters got that weight going. It's a matter of exercises, probably doesn't do much cardio, because lifting is more important with the moves he commonly does anyway.

Toned guys are actually weaker than musclefats.
This is why bodybuilders are never seen in strongman competitions while musclefats are everywhere.
