It is a very brutal match in terms of damage done and spots taken. I would argue however the Angle vs Shane KOTR match was equally as brutal with spots and actual damage and as a match flowed much better. The Undertaker/Mankind HITC Match is more of a legendary spectacle because of the improvisation during it and the fans getting worked hard. In a style of wrestling where it is normal to fake injuries for effects, lines were severely blurred.
