Nikki Storm is far and away the best. Everything she does is fast, crisp, powerful. She is an excellent speaker, and looks vicious. Eye of the Storm is the best finisher used by a woman in North American wrestling.
Becky is also fast and when she hits it looks like it actually might hurt. She has an amazing look. She does a good promo, if maybe a bit brutish sometimes.
Bayley has been consistently good recently and is very close to the top two. But she needs a more varied offense and her look isn't too great. It might be time for her to lose the sideways ponytail for a while.
Asuka has lost a step since her Joshi days. She needs to get back into better shape, she gets blown up too easy right now trying to keep up with the young'uns.
Natalya is the most overrated woman in North America. She does nothing special in the ring, often botches, and is abysmal on the microphone. Alexa has a better look, better character, and while she may not be as fancy as Nattie she at least doesn't botch as much.

What is good about Natalya? Her discus clothesline? Her bow and arrow? Both look like shit, and the latter is a janky takes-too-long move that breaks suspension of disbelief when you see her slap her opponents thigh to tell them when to get into position.
Natalya sucks in the ring. She tells no story. She relies on kicks to the gut to set up her finisher (which she has allowed people to sit in for far too long, it's the god damn sharpshooter it's supposed to end the match then and there).
Natalya was sorta okay back when Kelly Kelly was the big star. The new generation leaves her in the dust. If her last name wasn't Neidhart and if not for "Uncle Bret" she would have never smelled a WWE ring. Just about every woman in SHIMMER when she was there was better than her.
And on top of this she fucking botches. A lot. Her match with Charlotte at Extreme Rules was bowling shoe ugly. Almost nothing went off the way it was supposed to be. Every spot had at least one little botch to it. Do you see Charlotte wrestling so shitty when she's in the ring with Becky, Sasha, Bayla, or even "greener than broccoli" Alexa back when she was in NXT? No. That was on Natalya.

As far as in the ring goes I think Alexa does a better job of staying in character and selling herself and her opponent. She's a little slow moving for a woman her size, but that suits her being a heel right now. I enjoy watching her matches a lot more than Natalya's, which are usually the same spots I've seen for years and no real characterization at all going on from bell to bell. I could not tell you a difference at all between heel Natalya and face Natalya as a wrestler.
