That's my jam, knock the wind out of them and then scramble for a good position, you should end up easily able to get side control with a trapped arm or north south. bjj schools don't teach takedowns or takedown defense in any meaningful way, most guys break kuzishi on their own by leaning forward all the time, they hand you that shit. If they are stiff arming you, you can tomoe straight into mount, 6 points right there. Or you can release the grip mid flight just to soften them up.
