Cena will be the first heavyweight champion. Lose it to SMOA JOE pretty shortly after that and go from there.
Though really, I'd probably need more than 15 wrestlers to be able to put on a two hour show and not run out of angles after week 3.

Punk isn't believable as a true badass like Bork, and Cesaro is too likable.
Asuka is good enough in the ring and different enough from all the other Divas with her strikes and submissions style of work, that she could believably booked as a silent badass and a final boss for the womens division. Book her like Brock or Goldberg, let her in ring work and her ridiculous facial expressions and body language be all the talking she does for herself, and let Heyman loose cutting her promos for her. It would work.
