They have had like 8 good opportunities to debut Balor since Gallows and Anderson debuted, and they haven't used a god damn one. What makes you think they are going to use a WCW anniversary of all things to debut Balor club. I'm convinced that its never actually going to exist, they just keep it there to have everyones hopes up. Or if it does exist its just going to be a re telling of the Wyatts, league of nations and the current "Club" and exist just to get Roman over and rather then making Roman look strong its just going to make everyone else look weak.
