Hey /asp/ not sure if this belongs here or fit but how many of you drank the kool-aid and bought ddpyoga? Did it work for you or did you just let it sit next to your tv whilst telling yourself youll start "tomorrow?"
Do only marks eat this shit up? Should ex wrestlers be ashamed for promoting this shit?

I downloaded it and tried it. It's basically yoga with new, less "sissy" but still stupid names on the poses.
The reason it works for wrestlers is because they commit to it and do it with him on a regular schedule. It worked for Hall and Roberts because they lived with him, had regulated schedules/behavior/diets, and had a stronger support system than they did when they were alone.
It's yoga with DDP, that's it.
