I'll give you Foley. Though its debatable and a matter of perspective, I never saw Mysterio as an ECW guy. Same with Eddie, Dean, and Jericho. Yeah they were there, but its not where they got their mainstream fame.
Lots of guys in the past and present have physiques, that are perfectly achievable with consistent training and dieting for at least a couple of years.
But the reality of travel, injuries and the overall workload means, that it is next to impossible to maintain those physiques naturally. Virtually everyone uses some sort of drug.
Hell, even the owmen are probably on some sor of juice. Pro Bikini contest competitors use drugs, there are PEDs that will not turn you in to a manjaw freak.
It's the nature of the game.
