I love Grado but he still needs to do a fair bit of work to get to WWE, he's destined to be a Scottish Colt Cabana.
He didn't do too bad in that match. He has charisma and he's as good in the ring as some WWE shitters. I'd like to see him in NXT now that they are less of an indie show and have more developmental talent who aren't good enough to expose him.
