I am 6'3 and 170 pounds. Very thin and lanky. Not the most athletic but I have a decent stamina. I don't have great upper body strength but looking to improve it. When I was younger I did a little bit of boxing and TKD. Currently I do pro wrestling. I'm open to all suggestions except weapon based arts

If you've got a boxing and TKD background you might want to look into kickboxing to combine them. Alternatively, just lift.
