You could kind of see the extra padding they had under the announce table he fell through at Mania in order to cushion his fall.
He's never done any of these super high dives into the ring or floor, it's always through something they can hide adequate padding in and under.
The exception was that belly-to-belly prop-botch with Kurt Angle and Shane fell head first onto bare concrete. But at least that was from only a couple of feet up.
