Honestly? Tanahashi vs Okada at Wrestle Kingdom 10. This match was perfect in every way. The hype. The charisma. The technicality. The story and storytelling. Even the spots/iconic moments were fantastic like the one near the end or the sequence that caused the otherwise kinda boring/quite Tokyo Dome crowd and Liger on commentary to go insane marking out.
There have been criticisms on Okada and how he sells his leg hurting, but I think he did fine.
1. If he would've gone further he would be getting into dumb overthetop HBK territory.
2. It would've killed the aspect of the storyline that Okada is now stronger and with more determination this time around, working up perfectly with the fact that Tanahashi started working on his legs.
Seriously this match felt like Rock vs Austin + Misawa vs Kawada

Watch this part and the one after it. It's the english commentary though, and these guys don't mark out for the crazy stuff as hard as the Japanese commentary does. If you don't mind torrents I would recommend that, too.

Edge and Mick Foley vs Tommy Dreamer and Terry Funk - ECW one night stand 2006. Great hardcore match in front of great crowd at the best PPV of 2006.
Randy Savage vs Jake Roberts - SNME 1992. Jake was top 5 of all time on the mic and at his best in 92. The feud was hot slapping Elizabeth and biting Savage's arm with the cobra.
The Rock vs Hollywood Hogan. Because of the crowd and what the match meant. The NWO went to shit after this match but they breathed new life into raw and smackdown for a month.
