I don't pretend to become a fighter, i'm searching for more control / concentration / awareness and at the same time some bases of fight tecniques, if you understand what i mean...

theres no basic fighting techs in there bro, just meditate
Tai chi is probably your best bet if you want something also physical
But it's nothing fighting related
