It works out really well in Japanese Prowrestling where they actually sell the fact that whatever part of their body the submission was working is actually sore/hurt.

"Burning Hammer" is definately a "time to kill somebody" finisher. They were trying to rehab GTS into that kind of finisher with KENTA/Hideo in NXT before the injury.
