So the other day I was in a bar and a really nasty fight kicked off. Someone ended up pulling a knife. Luckily I left cos I hadn't pissed anyone off but it freaked me out a bit. What's the best bet for defence against a knife? I've been lifting for a while and i'm relatively strong, would wrestling be my best bet? or eskrima?
