Wouldn't be a bad idea. The current problem with that match is that it did nothing to build Cesaro or Big Show's careers, turning what should be an honorable achievement into filler.
Having a third person win, like Braun or Bray, would do nothing for them because the victory is pretty damn worthless at this point.
But if Cesaro is a two time winner, and they announce him as such as often as they can, and he gets a strong push following Mania, then I can see the event having a lot more credibility next year. Hell, if Cesaro doesn't have a title by next year's mania they could book him huge as the man to beat in that match.
If they just give it to some random callup like Samoa Joe or a guy on the roster who needs a rub like Bo or Sandow, it will not work. The match is a meaningless achievement at this point.
But if Cesaro wins, they can retroactively give his first victory the respect it deserved to get, and make winning the AtGBR look like the huge burst of momentum that it should have always been.
Assuming that they follow that up with a strong push in the coming months, which they won't because will still be booking Raw irl regardless of what happens kayfabe tonight.
