He works hard to improve, for instance this monday he did a suicide dive and the smarks still chanted, "You still suck" meaning their hate for him isn't contingent on him improving but irrational spite. The common criticism is that he's hogging the spotlight when the reality is he spent about 3 months feuding with Big Show far away from the main event picture and even got a 4 star match out of him, and then 4 more months against Bray and got another good hell in a cell match out of him.
