Played WWE2K16. Didn't enjoy it very much so I booted up Here Comes the Pain since it's the last wrestling game I remembered playing years agon. It's really fun.
Are there any games in between that I should try or was Here Comes the Pain the most fun?

WWE 13 and 2k14 are good. Smackdown vs Raw 2006 was good, 2011 was OK. That's about it.

Why does 2k16 feel bad? It's feels like there's some big input delay or something weird going on.
If you're looking for something more recent, WWE All Stars is GOAT arcadey material. Fire Pro Wrestling Returns is kickass has a huge creation suite too.

Can't you turn it off in the options? I remember they introduced that in 2006 or so, and you could always shut it down if it annoyed you.
