Ok, not the biggest guy ever, but built, and had a reputation as a hard man. But New Jack tells a story about how he got into a backstage scuffle and backed down and lost a lot of his rep while in ECW.

Big guy; massive in-ring reputation. But Chris Jericho put him down backstage and the entire locker room laughed.

Another big guy and a bully and a politicker. But you watch him in shoot interviews when other wrestlers call him out on shit (eg: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlWvU0g1UQU) and he goes into pussy mode, claiming they misremembered or are lying. The guy comes across as a liar and a bullshitter who would do anything to dodge a real scrap.
