The weight difference between the two was a whole 1 pound because neither of them cut any weight making that insignificant an also beneficial to Conor considering cutting only hurts your stamina and fighting ability. The reach difference wasn't that great, what really mattered was height and boxing fundamentals.
Conor wasn't slowing significantly till he was actually tagged, after that he was done. Diaz weathered the early storm and put the pace on him in the second half of the second round.
