Just walk up to a rail and casually vault over it and then walk to the next obstacle.
Its great for when you're trying to get to work without excessively wrinkling your clothes and working up a sweat.

I imagine you wouldn't' really be able to wall-up.
You'd have to rely on climbing and jumping to get up to higher places.
But you still have the precision jump, strides, balancing, and most vaults depending on the height.
