Can anyone help identify this bird? Spotted yesterday in southern Saskatchewan. Mom thinks maybe a unique colour morph of a red tailed hawk or even Ferringenous hawk.

I think it's a Swainson Hawk? The white inside and dark outside of the wings, along with the white patch under the head makes me think that.
