Sometimes my dog gets spooked at night and barks viciously for no reason when I let it out. I don't want to wake my neighbours.
Is there an easy way to make a muzzle or something ensuring it won't bark? I just need it to dissuade barking for when I let it out to pee.
Don't want to buy a muzzle cause the size might not fit and I don't need bite protection.

Very funny, obviously it's barking because it thinks there's a threat. Maybe it hears people far away and because it's night it's more defensive.
My dog also barks at treelines because it thinks there might be something in there. It's just pre-emptive. It's funny but not at night
