i want a dog breed that is these things:
small to medium,no grooming, playful but lazy as well, friendly to animals and humans, tolerates heat very well, also tolerates being left alone, doesn't need much exercise and isn't very loud.No quizzes had what i was looking for so i said "fuck it" and hopped on here. Also,no funny shit, thanks.
So why do you want a dog at all?

Cuse I just want one
I was in your situation and then I realised I am a grown-up and responsible so I dropped the whole dog idea.
Plan 3h a day dog time before you get one
King Charles spaniel

thanks for an actual answer to my question
For the sake of the dog, if just want one as house decoration, don't get one,
But there's probably a website somewhere that has a guide with what breed suits you best, but I only know a non-English one

Try companion breeds like havanese.

Labrador.
You're going to have to get over the grooming part.
Or don't get a dog.

a shiba partially fits your description. they're not exactly people pleasers but can be neutral/friendly

Labs need quite a bit of exercise and are large

>KCS
>Implying they don't have severe separation anxiety
>Implying their long hair requires no grooming
>Implying their short snouts, long hair is a good combination for tolerating heat

Havanese needs a lot of grooming, won't be very active, and can't tolerate much heat at all. They are also one person dogs, meaning they often don't care for other people and may even dislike strangers.

Labs are known to get destructive if they aren't thoroughly stimulated before being left alone

Out of curiosity, what breed/s did you often get? I'm going to guess Basset hound or greyhounds
