I want to know so i can properly move her out of here without hurting either it or myself

Maybe southern black racer. There's also black rat snakes that can look similar, but the bellies are usually different.

Thanks. I was about to shoot it but something was telling me it was harmless, i have dogs who always find themselves fucking with them so as long as they arent venomous i try to move them and occasionally i move venomous ones too if i feel safe to handle it

Yeah, dealing with venomous snakes is more of an issue, especially when kids and pets have to be considered.
