It looks like a sharp-tail eel. (Myrichthys breviceps)

Seconded. Snake eels are pretty beast. I saw a bunch of them on my first night dive but it was for the PADI AOW course meaning no cameras.

Also, UW/diving thread now? Saw this cool cuttlefish on my last dive (Apo Island, Philippines).
