So a few of this thing have been crawling out from the drain in my bathroom sink. Everytime I flush them down they always crawled back up again.

What the heck is it and how do I stop more of it from coming?

Looks like a larder beetle. They're harmless. Annoying if they get in to your baking supplies (flour, sugar) but that's about it.
