why'd you focus on it's ass rather than it's head.
>>

It's the "perspective". Just like softcore porn where the girl is entirely nude, but is in side view covering her tits n' shit so you don't see anything, but you still know she wants the D kinda perspective.

I don't know really.

I'm still waking up.

either way that's Plebejus argus.

they lay eggs in ant-hills and have their babies raised by ants.
>>
>>2128271
Because on a 200mm macro lens at minimum focus even a little bit of breeze can move the subject slightly (or more) out of focus, not to mention the AF focused on the wing area because the head was mostly in cover.
>>
>>2128277
that's the minimum focus on your macro?

damn, are you sure it's an actual macro?
>>
>>2128283
It's not a real macro lens but a 70-200 zoom with shorter minimum focus distance than normal. Kind of a pseudo-macro.
My budget isn't big enough for a decent macro lens.

figured, it looked kind of off for an actual macro, I've got the same kind of lens minus some distance.

there's plenty of DIY options, too bad most of them involve breaking an actual lens apart.

I was out shooting birds so there was no option putting on a macro extender.
>>
>>2128314
why aren't you posting pictures of birds then.

Didn't get much good photos.
Wait, I was actually using a teleconverter this time, without the TC it would've been much much sharper.
Here's a young tit that was jumping around playing and catching some bugs.

it's hard to take pictures of birds without an actual high-speed camera because they're constantly moving.

I've been following some bird page for a while and their pictures make me jelly.

Just get any entry level DSLR with a telezoom lens that goes from 50mm to 300mm. On shutter priority at 1/2000s most birds get frozen.

my lens is 18-55mm, it's pretty decent, but you have to get close to make it work.
>>
>>2128374
Get the telezoom lens, EF-S 55-250 if Canon or the AF-S 55-300 if Nikon.
There is really not much way around it, you need the long lens for wild animals.
